He began his career in 1999 developing software for the semiconductor industry and has spent his career since building, operating, and maintaining production systems that businesses rely on every day.
His background spans the full operational stack behind modern businesses—including automation platforms, marketing systems, ecommerce workflows, integrations, and analytics—always with a focus on stability, maintainability, and long-term viability rather than short-term fixes.
As the founder of FunnelOps™, Yevgeny is responsible for both the technical direction and the operational outcomes delivered to clients.
He works directly with business owners to consolidate fragmented tools into dependable systems, reduce ongoing maintenance overhead, and ensure there is a single, accountable point of support when things matter.
Yevgeny's approach combines deep technical judgment with a practical understanding of how small businesses actually operate—helping clients simplify their systems, protect their time, and run with fewer surprises.

Alex Shumar is an AI and automation specialist focused on building practical systems that help businesses operate more efficiently.
He works with founders and operators to design AI-powered workflows, chatbots, and agents that handle lead qualification, customer communication, content workflows, and internal processes—reliably and at scale.
Alex specializes in turning AI into "digital employees" that run 24/7 without manual oversight, helping teams reduce repetitive work, improve response times, and scale without adding headcount.
